Processing Time

Most ÂME journals and objects are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your piece to be carefully prepared before shipping.

Processing times may vary during peak periods or for limited releases. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Rates & Methods

For local orders, shipping is charged at a flat rate at checkout.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and package weight. The final shipping fee will be included in your PayPal invoice after checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen courier. Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Missing, Delayed, or Lost Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

ÂME is not responsible for:

  • Lost or missing packages

  • Delays caused by the courier, customs, or local postal services

  • Incorrect delivery due to incomplete or inaccurate address information provided at checkout

We strongly encourage customers to ensure that all shipping details are correct before placing an order. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
